Spent 230,000 dollars to buy this machine. Called tech support got stonewalled on simple question. I was told to call local dealer who I have been waiting to hear back from for multiple days. Life long bandit owner, 990,1990, SG75.will be looking at other brands going forward. Bandit used to have great support but it has declined drastically over the last few years.
We just purchased a Bandit 15 XP chipper. The machine rips!!! We had a 12 inch bandit before that was a great machine. This 15" is true game changer. Everyone likes more power. We had a small issue with the clutch handle and were worried it was not going to be covered under warranty. Carissa Butterfield, was very helpful and gave me piece of mind that they would cover this issue. Thank you Carissa. John
