3 day and multiple phone calls. Does anyone even work here anymore
I would highly advise against getting the bandit SG-75 stump grinder! We’ve had one with 1100 hrs on it now and taken good care of it. But we’ve already had the clutch needing replaced, multiple points of wear that shouldn’t be so difficult to repair for how new the machine is. We’ve had remote connectivity issues, very delicate parts and cost crazy amounts. Cutting wheel brake has been giving issues not working and needs replaced since it’s a “wear item” and it cost 1250$. Worst customer service, all I needed was pressure specifications and an electrical schematic of a chipper. Lady kept referring me to a dealer. You would think customer service would be great when a company owns millions of dollars worth of bandit chippers.
