A/C never fixed, at least 12 orders put it and only gets temporarily fixed which only lasts a few days to a week before it goes out again and takes days before its "temporarily" fixed, instend of actually fixing the problem, a leaky roof that hasnt been fixed and leaks when it rains, verbal and threatening harrasant from maintenance manager which is also our down stairs neighbor, he has made it a hostel environment for my family to live here.
When I moved in 1yr ago I was not allowed to see the apt first. I kept getting it's being worked on new carpet etc..The day I moved in i smell dog for weeks. and the carpet was not new but wet from cleaning it. they cleaned the carpet two more times due to the dog smell .. some of the cabinets doors are broken and the tub needs to be retouched. I have been at these apartments for 3 years. I had problems on day 1 because the apartment was not ready by 4, the carpet was soaked, not cleaned ect... My daughter moved in a few months ago. They had an issue with rodents for two months with my 3 grandchildren there that she could not tell them due to the trauma they would experience and many other violations to where code compliance had to come out.
