Monday 8-27-18, around 3:30pm I purchased the $9.00 automatic wash. Unfortunately for me, it passed by my car once with the pre wash then stopped. I then had to go pay more money, and rinse my car manually. I’ve called them multiple times to fix the situation, no one answers the phone EVER! That’s okay, I’ll take the $9.00 loss and be sure that they lose business as well. I’ll be telling my friends and family to never use that car wash again!
Over charged my bank account and on top of that, it ran out of freaking spot free rinse, so it looks like I didn't even get it washed!
