Had a 10:30 appointment and I’ve been waiting for over 55 minutes right now. And still waiting. I have a suggestion for the team. They need to make their patient time longer and not take so many appointments in one day so their patients do not get upset. Quality over quantity.
Shelby Willingham is the best of the best. She is thorough, conscientious, compassionate, and professional. The best medical provider I've ever had.
Absolutely horrible and everyome there is unprofessional. Only cares about getting you in the office so they can overcharge your insurance. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now and arguing with them on a daily basis to get my monthly prescription filled that I have been taking for over 15 years amd now being told I have to come into the office for a third time in one month just to get prescriptions filled. Totally unacceptable.
I miss Brandon, best PA ever. PA Shelby talks to me like I'm a kindergartener. I'm probably 30y older than she is. Sarah in referrals is horrible and untrustworthy, makes everything take weeks instead of days. Office manager still hasn't called back after 2 days.
