I'm under the care of a very caring physician. Who knows their way around a person with health in mind. I have had some up and downs with my health. When I need help with those down days. I come see my Doctor, Shelby Willingham. I have felt safe, heard, and most of all compassion. I am glad to come to this location. Not 5 stars! I had a hard time with only one side desk problem. That will hopefully resolve itself.
I'll never forget them turning away my baby who had 105 fever; making me drive all the way to Kerville for him to be seen. Came back to find out they have the same people working here. Gross.
They still have the same terrible doctor???
Dr. Sims was wonderful and took his time with me to go over all of my medical history. He set me up with all the referrals I needed and never made me feel like my issues were insignificant. I look forward to my follow up appointment with him! All of the staff here have been friendly and welcoming.
