Going in as a new patient for an annual exam I would say STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. I did not get to see a dr. but did see a PA. From the time the PA-C came in (Brenda Santos) until she left it was about maybe 5 minutes and she did absolutely nothing you would expect in an exam, she literally did nothing. When I asked about some results of my lab work, she totally blew me off. I would have to say that this was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a medical professional. I have been a patient at Village Medical for several years. I love my doctor (Dr. Kelly), and the front office staff has always been pleasant and professional. However, I’m very dissatisfied with two recent aspects of my experience: Communication through the patient portal: I don’t like that I can’t call the center directly when I have a question, but I have tried to adapt by using the patient portal. Unfortunately, no one follows through on what they say they will. I’ve had to follow up repeatedly, sometimes daily, and things still aren’t completed. It’s been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
Waited over an hr do not want to go thru that again
