Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve been a long-time patient with Bandera Family Health, which was taken over by Village Medical, and I’ve always been seen every 3 months for my medication without any issues. I’ve been to several Village Medical locations that follow this exact plan—until I came here. At this location, I saw a new provider who, after normal vitals, suddenly insisted on an unnecessary EKG before refilling my prescription. Stopped by to pick up a swab kit that was called in earlier that morning. The front desk employee didn't seem to know what I was talking about. No information was given to her about it. I had to wait for awhile so she could track the doctor down and ask him. They are very unorganized at times. However the staff is very friendly.
