We were unable to attend a scheduled appointment due to one of my children having been hospitalized. I felt horrible for cancelling on such short notice and the staff for the most part was understanding and nice to deal with. The exception being an employee named Krista (or Christa) she was very rude, however I let it go initially thinking perhaps she just had a bad day.
