Easy pick up and drop off, van worked great.
The rental process was smooth, but the Mercedes Sprinter had over 133k miles and caused a lot of anxiety during our trip since it was too late to cancel. Throughout the drive, the van made constant creaking noises and pulled heavily to the right due to a bad wheel balance. I filed a complaint at drop-off, but it likely wasn’t processed properly. Additionally, I asked about a military discount but never received a clear answer. For the cost vs the ride, not worth.
Great service! It was clean, comfortable, reliable, and perfect for our family vacation. Highly recommend!
