These guys do amazing work. Clean, quick and efficient. I ended up getting my prerequisites done early for an energy saver program and these guys were able to call an audible and show up two days after I was approved.
They were very attentive and came out on a Saturday afternoon after out air went out. Then came out again on a Tuesday to add more refrigerant to my system. Then waited 3 days for a quote. The quote was ungodly high and the tried to switch me from a Trane system to a Carrier or another brand. I didn’t know they weren’t a Trane dealer. I should have asked. I requested they bill me for the 2 service calls and refrigerant. The bill was $750. They charged me $450 for refrigerant, R410A should be 25 to 35 dollars a pound when I q... read more
Service technician Mason was outstanding. His knowledge of the trade and various system operations was impressive, as well as all the other techs from Band-Air I've had the pleasure of dealing with.
This company was great. I called at 430pm with a broken a/c, and I had a tech at 9am the next day. The tech was able to fix my a/c, and tell me my cost/reward situation should the unit break again. All the staff from reception to the tech were super nice and responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!
In late August 2024, our A/C system went down and needed to be replaced. Had a service call first to determine what to do, and they were on the spot quickly and tried a tempory fix (with our permmision) but during the holiday weekend, the system went down again. After the weekend, they scrambled and replaced the inside & outside units operating in quick fassion. Can't say enough about their cooperation and quick delivery of the new system. Very happy with thier courteous service personal and very reasonable prices.
