Wonderful Doctors and Staff
This place was great has been I grew up being my pediatric since for more than 30 plus years and passed on to my 5 kids and when we move to contra costa 2-3 yrs ago i transferred to Richmond ubcp location. I call this location to speak to Dr Grant to ask question regarding my son medical history cause his super ill now for the past month. They deny me cause they said I have CCHP. I am very disappointed with the service we received at the front desk today. The receptionist, Ellie, was unprofessional and lacked basic customer care. We arrived willing to pay cash for the consultation, and although we were only about five minutes from the late arrival cutoff, she refused to check us in or offer any reasonable solution. Her tone and attitude came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which was surprising and concerning for a pediatric clinic where families are often already stressed.
