The front desk was great and extremely helpful with no issues. The rooms could be a bit more updated but really it’s a place to lay your head and go enjoy the sites in town. But again the room has a few updated items but over all it’s serving a purpose and use. While unloading our vehicle a group of gentleman were sitting outside on chairs just chatting with each other like they have been here before. Ok room, did the trick as we were passing through Bancroft. Front desk employee was nice. Only complaint I have were the beds. Firmer than I would like and very small.
The rooms we stayed in were clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. It would be nice if they had a breakfast area, but they are just a short drive away from a Tim Horton's.
