I love Bancroft Eye Care ! I have been coming here for many years and have always had the most friendly and helpful experience with everyone. They absolutely cater to your needs whether it be for examination to glasses, to help with financial assistance paperwork to help speed up the process for you. Awesome place and I would highly recommend them.
I cannot believe people are giving negative reviews because they didn't realize eye care is not covered by OHIP. If you're mad about it don't take it out on the optometrist, take it out on the government. This has been the norm in our province for a long time. You don't like getting a bill from the eye doctor? Dr. Rawal was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment last minute - nicest medical professional I've ever had the privilege of seeing! He thoroughly explained everything that he was doing and the results. 10/10 experience
The best optometrist care I have ever had!!! They took excellent care of me and my uncommon eye condition during covid, when even the hospital could not help me! Dr. Guthrie was extremely knowledgeable and did his upmost to make sure that my eye was getting treated with the caution which helped to relieve my pain. I would highly recommend this amazing team, with a giant round of thanks to Dr. Guthrie for saving my vision!!!
