Had an incident where a tiny piece of metal embedded into my eye. They were able to see me so quickly and the problem resolved within an hour with the only discomfort being from myself and overthinking it all. I felt so at ease with everyone there. Definitely would have waited longer at the hospital. I accidentally missed an appointment and was told that I would have to pay a ridiculously high fee for the missed appt or I would not be able to make any future appointments. Also, this appointment was right before my 65th birthday and they didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to reschedule the appointment so it would be paid for!
I tore the outer lining of my eye and even though I am not a regular patient, Dr. Guthrie squeezed me in and saved the day. He went above and beyond. Thank you does not begin to cover it!
