Dr. Guthrie prompt assistance saved my eyesight. Luckily I called him instead of waiting for an opthamoligist to call me back. He arranged an emergency procedure that saved my eyesight. Thank you Dr. Guthrie.
Brought my glasses in for new lenses/prescription. When I picked them up, the frames were peeling and discolored, which was not the case when I dropped them off. After a tense discussion, they did replace the frames with a brand new set, which I appreciate. That said, the interaction itself was uncomfortable and felt unnecessarily adversarial. I called to book an eye exam and was refused service. In 2020 I had called to book an appointment at the time they were striking. They booked the appointment despite that but then called a few days prior and cancelled saying they were on strike. I was upset and told them they probably shouldn’t have booked the appointment in the first place if they were on strike and they had put me in a position of having to wait longer and drive further for an appointment.
