I went to Bancroft this weekend and purchased my dress. I had such a great experience with Lindsay. I had gone to the bridal expo before and she could tell that I was very overwhelmed. She gave us champagne (my favorite) and made some great picks. I have also gone here for bridesmaid dresses and had good luck as well. They are so friendly and willing to listen and help, I highly recommend them!

Ordered a bridesmaid dress.... the wedding is 3 weeks away still no dress. I am at the point where i am calling them every day. Each time I am getting a different date the dress is to come in. I was told the manager was going to be calling me but I am still waiting for that ... the staff answering the phone have been nice but pretty much worthless in letting me know when the dress is coming. 300$ for a dress and you'd think you'd get some good service. Not the most savvy group. Had a hard time getting them to understand the style I wanted and give me options that met the requirements. (I.E. I want a fitted dress so please stop bringing me A-lines). When they didn't seem to have what I was looking for they did not try to look for other styles and/or order any samples for me to try as other salons have gone above and beyond to help find my dress.
