This is probably one of the worst groups I’ve ever had to deal with. Everytime we have gone here for any type of service it isn’t the financial aspect, but the customer service that is absolutely horrendous. It is my birthday in three days and I received a check from my grandparent. I recently went to get a new ID because mine was about to expire and while there I went ahead and changed my name (I got married and haven’t changed it to my husbands last name).. Would not recommend! Couldn’t care less for customer satisfaction please believe the RATING! Wish this would have been something I checked prior to doing business here!
DO NOT use this bank. They do not protect their customers against stolen card numbers ans let all transactions go through and dismiss disputes. We have a charge on our account that we did not make and all they did was accuse us and tell us to go to the very unsafe area that we NEVER go to and demand our money back and get shot or killed. This bank sucks and we will be moving our money and close this account. The customer service is horrible.
