HORRIBLE chime customer and my husbands direct deposit is a week late and no one knows where it is, checked with his employer everything is right on their end can’t get ahold of anyone at this place and chime is no help!!
Where do I begin ? As a chime customer, transactions continuously disappear from my statement and they make it very confusing to know just what is going on with your money. Everything is convoluted. I cannot get past the call center. Their statements are never clear, they with old refunds or money they owe me for a mustache they made. I've been trying to get an approved reimbursement since may 11th. They apparently only have telephones in their call center and you have to have a level 1 security clearance to speak to anyone ... read more

Bancorp just stole $4,000 from me and yet I can’t get ahold of anyone to talk about it. Take your business elsewhere. I’ll be joining what I’m certain is an existing Class-action lawsuit against these crooks.
