The bank rep who works here is phenominal. I have dealt with her several times and not only does she know her stuff, but is quick, pleasant to work with every time, and does it right. She is an asset to Montepio and whatever she is earning she needs to get paid more.

I can't recommend this place enough! As am neither a Portuguese citizen, nor a resident, I was worried that the opening of my Portuguese bank account will be a complicated and difficult process, however, I couldn't be more wrong. Probably one of the friendliest and most helpful services I ever got, despite the fact that the ladies in the branch are clearly very busy all the time. Awesome place!
