Very friendly and informative.Was able to effectively advise and/or address the issue.
I Called early this week with a general question. The female who answered the phone was rude and very condescending. I’ve been a customer for many years and was the was I was spoken to was 100% uncalled for. I wasn’t rude or inconsiderate and was spoken to like I was beneath them.

The bank rep who works here is phenominal. I have dealt with her several times and not only does she know her stuff, but is quick, pleasant to work with every time, and does it right. She is an asset to Montepio and whatever she is earning she needs to get paid more.
