Josie D'Assisi is incredibly rude and unprofessional and needs to be properly trained on how to respectfully communicate with customers
I had a fall at one of this companies shopping centres in Footscray on a dangerous old escalator with no grip. Waited for the representative from blanco group to contact me as the security guard said they would. No one contacted me for over a week and then I had to chase someone up. Josie was rude and showed no care or concern at all for the injury I sustained on the day , and hasn't even has the decency to reply to an email I sent when she asked for details.
