Purchased a large site in Footscray with the promise to develop but have now sat on it for years and allowed it to decay into an ugly eyesore and community hazard. Obviously only holding the land to sell on for a massive profit. Need to be forced by the State Government to develop or sell now. Pkease all contact your local member Katie Hall.
The residents of Footscray know that this company has zero respect for the local community. Do better.
Horrible, greedy land banking company with no regard for the wellbeing and livelihood of the communities it purchases and hoards land in. Has refused to collaborate with others or do anything at all with land it is hoarding indefinitely in Footscray. Shame on you.
