I brought my BMW to this shop in May, 2023 in need of a new heater core. Tim quoted me a price and then proceded to do nothing with my car for 8 months. He continually told me it would be ready in a couple of weeks until I told him I was coming by with a flatbed truck to remove my M5 from his possession. I picked up the car yesterday and brought it elsewhere. I would have picked it up sooner, but couldn't find anyone until recently who would accept the job.
