This branch has always been nice when I’ve done business there. I just wish they had one closer to Owasso. I drive 30 miles just to bank at this location.
We recently switched to bancfirst. We met a young lady by the name of Heather. She did a wonderful job guiding 2 senior citizens through the process. Very professional and really made us feel at home. Could not have been a better experience.

Terrible experience! This bank offers none of the perks and a whole lot of hassle. Customer service was poor, and overall experience was negative. Really, nothing good to say! I went back to Chase cause it's just a better bank.
I am a long time Claremore branch customer. Just trying to find a working atm Called customer service and was told all the debit cards,atms were non working due to an issue with Mastercard Cannot withdraw cash or use card anywhere
