Super friendly staff, great customer service, very accommodating and very helpful. They communicate clearly and are always open to helping me with my personal and business accounts.
My fiance sent me to deposit his cash into his account and I was told to go to 7/11 to make a withdrawal. Not what I needed. I needed to deposit cash. I didn’t had the physical card. When asked if they had contactless mobile tap I was told they hadn’t heard of banks having that. When my fiance called for more information he was told “they didn’t see any cash” and that I was trying to deposit money directly from my phone.
