I am a BancFirst Pennsylvania customer but I’ve recently moved and needed to deposit a check, so decided to go to this location and was very dissatisfied left with out getting my check cashed mind you she said she had to verify the check it’s the same checks you see on my history!!!I will always take the longer drive because customer service is everything and I will go to the location where this is a priority.

Me and my husband set up a business and checking account with Banc Firstin Moore off Telephone road and Jazmin was a very big help. She was very kind and patient and answered all our questions, we appreciate her very much and we loved how fast everything was taken care of and we even got our debit cards the same day!! Thank you!

I was helped by Mike Cynthia and Horacio and they did an excellent job, fixed every issue I had and did it promptly. I would recommend this bank to anyone and everyone the service is wonderful!
