Opened an account here because my work used them, I've had nothing but issues since. They are rude, anytime I use the drive through, no matter what time of day, it's a 30min ordeal. I can go to a 7-11 and do a transaction in 2 min🤦🏻♂️. They are not friendly, it actually feels like they waste my time on purpose and anything I do on the App takes a few days, my other banks are instant.
