They screwed up adding my girlfriend to my bank account by misspelling her first name. I wouldn't have left a one star review if it wasn't for the fact that all of the documents we reviewed had her name spelled correctly then. We get the debit card in the mail and now we have to wait 5 more businesses days because of their spelling screw up.
This is the best bancfirst in the county!! Joshua always does his best to help me and I appreciate it very much!!
