This is a wonderful location. I have been to probably every location of Banc of California in Orange County and this is by absolute far the best location of all. The staff is super friendly, and they always get everything done the way it is supposed to be and in a timely manner. I have been lucky to have Irina help me a couple of times and her customer care skills are second to none. If I need any banking services, I will always come back to this location and will refer my friends and family to them as well.
We have been banking with Banc of California for years. They handle all our business and personal accounts. Hakim always greets me and asks how Dwain (the owner) is doing, Hakim and his staff always make us feel like family which is a rarity in this fast paced world we live in. Jennifer Klemm is the best and excellent at her job. She is always so patient, kind and helpful with anything we need or questions we have.
