I have been monitored, treated and cared for by BRMC for several years. I am still alive and kicking. The regular diebetic tests work in a very congenial atmosphere. The Front desk staff always polite and attentive. Recent medication reviews and one-to-one telephone appoinments went well. I remain confident that I am in capable hands. Thank you BRMC.

Great local surgery, great doctors ,great reception . I give the surgery 5 stars based on the treatment l have had over many years , and yesterday over the support over the loss of my wife . I cannot fault the help and support l always get and Monday 21 St of July 25 as well . Our surgery is the best . We all don't get what we want all the time , but over 40 year my treatment has been great ken belcher o.b.e.

Left this surgery as I had several experiences with doctors who were inappropriate and ill-mannered here, to the point I didn't feel comfortable accessing medical support. I made a complaint, which the practice manager did look into, but I am glad to have left. I expect to be treated with respect and dignity as a bare minimum and any surgery where I feel I have to petition for this is most definitely not one for me.

I don’t understand the poor reviews. The receptionists are friendly and efficient, the doctors are welcoming and I never feel rushed . Couldn’t ask for a better service.
