I can't put in to words how grateful I am to all of the veterinary staff for helping my senior dog so quickly and properly diagnosing her when I needed a second opinion. They treated her so quickly when I registered her here by letting me bring her on the day of registration. They've been totally amazing beyond words and so compassionate. Definitely the best vets in Banbridge. We've been going to Pet vets for 16 years with our cat, Nimbus. They are always incredibly kind and gentle with her, particularly as she gets extremely anxious when we have to take her in. Test results are always super quick and the vets are extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my hundreds of questions. Fantastic vets. Friendly and caring.
My recent experience here was very negative and upsetting. But usually I have no problems taking my cat here. We normally see the vet called Andrew and unfortunately didn’t see him at our last visit. In my experience i felt the lady we had seen was lacking compassion and was abrupt. My cat did not feel at ease with her and was very scared already from being in the waiting area with dogs and waiting a while.
