I called them on the 22nd. The receptionist was very rude and nasty when I tried to say anything she immediately hung up and when the GP then came he had no idea why I was calling who I was. It was like nothing was documented on the receptionist computer to pass on to him and then passed over to him. No, he had no idea who I was and why I was calling so I don’t know why she needed to ask all these questions very nosy receptionist and GP not very friendly horrible group surgery
closed for lunch at 12:15 when i called - listed hours are 12:30 to 2pm - who takes 1.5 hours for lunch nowadays never mind closing earlier than this
Terrible surgery that seems to be inconvenienced by their patients, reception staff are like the gestapo and the docotrs cant remember a single thing about patient conditions etc.
Once again, after a bank holiday weekend then surgery is closed yet there is no warning of this and online it quite clearly states that it's open.. what's the reason for it to be closed and extra day after a 3 day weekend??
