Horrible doctors office. Dr Saha delays insurance approvals for medications, due to lack of communication between herself, her MA’s and the receptionist’s at the office. I am the 3rd family member to STOP going to Dr. Saha over her either not submitting necessary information for an insurance approval. Dr. Saha routinely leave patient needs unattended and rarely both to return with follow up calls, after promising patients they will. Dr. Banani Saha is simply the best. She takes the time, asks the questions and listens to you carefully. Does not rush you. Not too many doctors do that anymore. That is why I appreciate her so much. Her staff is wonderful too. Thank you, Dr. Saha!!
Dr. Saha has been my doctor for over 20 years.a third of my life. Drs.Joseph and Janet gave me to her and she is wonderful. She has gotten me medically and mentally through many rough things through the years. She has never failed to be there for me asap. I not only consider her to be the best dr but also a friend. Thank you for always being there for me. 🥰
