It is now The Moon tower. It has been all redone inside. Very nice. Service was good band was great

SECOND REVISED REVIEW !!!! We'll it looks like we have new owners. I had to down grade from 4 stars to 3 stars. Why... At one time this place had some of the best wings I've ever had. Plenty of drink choices. Now they don't serve food... yet. I did hear that they may be opening the kitchen up. The selection of booze is very lacking but Chillicothe is a big beer drinking town. I actually asked for a common mixed drink and the bartender just said I'm not making that... wow. Didn't even want to try... Some prime examples of why... read more
Great place to watch the eagles on the river. Good, cold beers to make it memorable.
