Store clerk was this grumpy Asian lady. Please visit this store if you want to deal with terse and uncourteous customer support, and be off put for the next 10 minutes of your day!
I am so sad to say that I had a terrible experience at this store yesterday. There were several signs posted in the store that advertised “30% off when you use your Gap Inc. card”. When I went to the register, the clerk refused to honor the sale and said, “this ended yesterday”. I told her I expected this to be honored. She said she had to call her manager.
