Current management responded to a braided hair style by threatening a young black woman with being removed from the schedule, which is unethical and also morally repugnant. He bullied her. She should take it to HR and I hope she does! There is no room in the workplace for intimidation.
The managers don’t like black women’s hair. They think our grooming techniques are unprofessional. No longer shopping at this store or any other and I will be placing a call to the corporate office.

If having braids means you can't work here, then I guess it means you can't shop here either. I'll take my box braids money elsewhere. Braids aren't urban or unprofessional, don't perpetuate ideas that some hair is more acceptable. I don't have time for your outdated European standards of beauty, won't be shopping here again.
