This location has horrible customer service. The manager refused to help me with my return. After speaking to BR's customer service, they were able to resolve the issue, and apologized for the manager's behavior.
Great variety, but very quiet The store had a fantastic selection of clothing and styles — plenty of variety to choose from. That said, the store felt almost deserted, with very few customers, which gave it a strange, quiet vibe. Terrible place of business. With the help of a store associate, I placed an order, and they still managed to deliver it incorrectly. When I asked for a refund, they refused and instead pushed store credit on me. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, a store clerk loudly shouted that I needed to check out my item, drawing unnecessary attention from other shoppers. First-time customer, and I was genuinely happy and optimistic about placing my order. I go the next day to pick up my items, only to find out they shipped one and only had one of the two items available. This was a time-sensitive purchase for an event, so I asked for a refund—which they refused to give.
