I can always count on timeless fashion with a fresh twist at Banana Republic. Their style is effortlessly classic and always on point.
I like this store in most cases, however, recently returned a few items I’d bought online that didn’t fit. The manager(?) made some passive comments about how much I was returning and then stated they had everything in store. Called back the next day to see if they had a different size in the item and…nope! The store doesn’t even carry that style. This is the worst brand ever. Website never works properly, sweaters pill (unacceptable for a 200.00 piece). Constant sales on and off - BR needs to refund the money - I paid full price, next day on sale at 40% off. Receiving today and i will be sure to take back.
