For context I understand in this area I am not the typical shopping demographic however I have to bring awareness that I was only welcomed in whilst white women right behind me was fully greeted and was offered assistance and aware of the promotions going on within the store. Made my shopping experience a little awkward!
Visited the store today in Peachtree Corners, spoke with Martha who claimed she was the manager. I was returning a dress within 30 days and tag attached, per their return policy. She refused to return it. She said it smelled of perfume (it did) likely from someone else returning before me. She accused me of wearing the item, although the tag was still attached. Martha the manager was very rude and would not hear my complaint. I called the customer service number to file a complaint. And resolve my issue. Expected better from BR.

Love this Banana Republic store, associates here are always friendly and helpful. If you like shopping Banana Republic, shop in this store NOT the one in Avalon, where associates are unreasonably arrogant.
