Martha the manager was very rude and would not hear my complaint. I called the customer service number to file a complaint. And resolve my issue. Expected better from BR.

Love this Banana Republic store, associates here are always friendly and helpful. If you like shopping Banana Republic, shop in this store NOT the one in Avalon, where associates are unreasonably arrogant.
