I love the clothes especially the polos and shorts. But I give this location a 3 out of 5 because when I found the Core Temp shorts I liked but they were the 7 inch inseam. I asked if they were available in the 11 inch inseam, the employee looked in the system and said that they were not available. So I left went home and looked up the shorts on their site, and there they were the shorts that I wanted were in fact available on the site. The staff could use some lessons on customer service! Out of four employees not one of them took the time to greet me or even ask if I needed help. It was more important to chat about a show they didn’t like. Definitely doesn’t make you want to buy anything! Do better.
There is a man working there tonight (it’s a Thursday night) who was so helpful. I came in to return a shirt and I’ve never had better service at a Banana Republic. I used to work at BR years ago. I would not have blamed him if he were less helpful but I’m just grateful he took the time to resolve my concern! I didn’t catch his name but he definitely needs a raise! Banana Republic is the best!
Beware this location!!! Purchased two shirts from this location that gave me terrible rashes (and I have no known allergies). Store refused to do a return because they were worn (obviously if they give you a rash, you wouldn’t know until warn). Shop elsewhere!!
