I went to return a defective pair of jeans and the representative was very disrespectful and kept telling me I must have got these jeans on sale. All I wanted to do was swap them for a new nondefective pair and this person keeps insulting me. Then he threatened to call the police and told me to leave the store. Yet when I asked his name he refused to give it to me. This is how you treat your customers???? Never shopping here again.
