I am disappointed in the quality of the jeans in the last couple years. I like the fit and comfort. However that last 4 pair I have purchased have literally rotted away. In three pair the knee split and two pair the pockets ripped out. Jeans I bought from them years ago are still wearing well. I do not view jeans as a disposable item with a short shelf life. Each of these problem jeans lasted less than a year with maybe 1-3 months of total wear time. I am disappointed that I will have to find the fit I like elsewhere.
I was disappointed with the level of service I received from Laurel from Banana Republic at Aspen Grove. I inquired about an item and was met with an extremely brief response, which came across as dismissive and as though my question was a burden. As a loyal and frequent customer of Banana Republic, I have consistently appreciated the excellent customer service provided by all the employees at each store I shop. However, this particular experience fell far short of the standards I have come to expect.
Banana Republic as a whole has lost sight of customer service in a highly competitive market. I will purchase my clothing from a competitor. Becky was very quick to not be helpful.
Just WOW! 10/10 shopping experience for my husband (who usually hates to shop) and myself. The women working tonight were incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Great deals for awesome clothes with the 40% off sale. So happy with our new items! Thank you !
Absolutely wonderful shopping experience thanks to Carrie!! Came in with some online purchases; I ordered two pairs of pants (to make sure one fit), and a matching blazer for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately the suit was a touch small, and the pants that did fit, still had a security tag on them (-1 point for online shopping). Carrie not only removed the tag but got me a new suit for the in-store price.
