If I could post no stars, I would. I opened an account, paid the bill the next week, and ended up with an overdue bill with late charges attached every month while "it was being taken care of." This has affected my credit score and is now holding up my new home loan. Perfect credit until the day I walked into Banana Republic. What a mess.
