I had ordered chili and an assortment of bannock from the Ban-uhk Canteen last weekend for a work function. Tracy was incredibly accommodating with my order - cooking us a total of 7 different flavors of bannock. The food was very fresh and tasted amazing. I could not recommend Tracy at the Ban-uhk Canteen more and I will definitely be ordering from her again in the future!
Tracy's food is always amazing and delicious. Her creativity for blending modern food with traditional native cuisine is spectacular. 10/10
Highly recommend this delicious food! I have tried the bannock taco and the chili and bannock and both are really tasty! What a great local and creative food option!
