Had a deal organised with the guy the day previous, gave him the address of the vehicle and agreed on a certain price for the vehicle, the following morning he said it was too far for the tow truck to come and collect and will cost too much although he stated that he owned his own tow truck and tried to offer a much lower price for the vehicle, the guy was nice was nice about it but its still a very unprofessional way to conduct a business.
mentally abused me n yelled at me over the phone when i asked them to take 1 car instead of 2, the tow truck drivers boss was extremely rude.
Contacted these guys through FB marketplace to get a plastic trim piece for my 2016 RAV4. Got a good quote of $65, dealership wanted $280. Once I got there I spoke to the guy about a small concern I had because the same colour trim piece continues on to the driver side and I wasn’t sure if the colour would match as the one they were wrecking was a 2014 model. And the guy said it’s Allgood and gave me the second piece free of charge and he wouldn’t take any payment for it. Top bloke, very genuine. would recommend to anyone.
Excellent experience with Bamyan's. I found a wrecking via gumtree from West Parts (same group as Bamyan's) and Harvey was a massive help with both sorting the parts and getting it shipped all the way to Canberra. Legend.
Best experience ever I had above any other wreckers, well established and highly recommended services , They put a lot of effort to make sure I got the right parts without ripping me off like others. Prices are very fair too
