Bamoo was hired to clean my apartment after some renovations and dust was everywhere. They came in and transformed my place to feel clean and comfortable again. Sam and Michelle were kind, professional and asked what I needed them to focus on. And they were so thoughtful of being around my dog too who hates the vacuum. Would definitely hire them again.

As this was their first time here, the cleaners asked what I wanted them to focus on. They did a good job. Our home was clean and smelling fresh when they had finished.

Overall services are ok, however, we are not satisfied for the kitchen cleaning. First of all, I had mentioned clearly at the very beginning when your team arrived, that they did not need to clean the rack of the stove. However, I found out your colleague still clean the rack, and I asked her to stop cleaning it as I mentioned at the very beginning.
