While the work took a bit longer than originally anticipated, the quality of the work was very high -- there is no evidence that the vehicle was ever damaged. As a bonus, the interior was very throughly cleaned! I had to call for status updates; more proactive communications would be better.
A couple of years ago, a friend of mine referred me to Bamford‘s collision. My friend told me they do excellent work. I have been to Bamford’s on different occasions, most recently to get my air conditioning recharged. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate all of the employees at Bamford‘s collision! Recently had a door and deep scratches on my trunk repaired and I am still amazed by how great of an experience it turned out to be. Bamford's beat the other 2 places by at least $2,000! More so the customer service was unparalleled and the work was completed within the provided time frame. To top it all off, the car was spotless inside and out when returned! Truly pleased I chose to go with Bamford's. Thank you for the great work and the little thoughtful touches!!
