Very expensive lotion lathering
Had a few hours and managed to sneak away to the spa at the 1 Hotel which is in downtown Nashville. Bamford is a gorgeous spa that is a cozy, chic retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The whole spa exudes calm and relaxation. From the amazing ladies at check-in (shout out to Kristina who was just lovely), to my amazing therapist Lacie, the whole experience was just what I needed. Late review as I did a couples massage here in January but I just reminded myself to leave a review. I did this as part of a staycation with my husband. I loved the spa. It was relaxing and beautiful. The massage was awesome and was great for an end to our staycation. Elvis and Tationia were our masseuses and they were amazing! Also, the front desk staff, Jacob and Lexie were so friendly and professional. I highly recommend booking an appointment here!
