Even though I couldn’t get an appointment the receptionist was lovely. She asked what was wrong and how she could help. She even gave me a few numbers to call around. Wish I was able to book an appointment, would definitely try again. Lovely receptionist 👌🏾
Bamford lane medical allowed me to get a service done late on a Friday night as they were closing and I was walking my dog. They were concerned that if I didn’t do it then I wouldn’t do it and it was important. They were probably right. The customer service was and is amazing.I rarely go to the doctors yet they remember my name. Wow. They are my new medical centre
