Phoned Matt and told him I had a problem with one light of a pair controlled by three switches, and also an outside security light problem. We arranged a next day visit, when he was punctual, and he checked it out, told me what was the problem which totally surprised me, and fixed it. Then he checked my security light, which I put up over 25 years ago, and put up a new LED type.
