Order door dash because I was not sure I would make it to the hotel in time and get there before they closed. I was at the Double tree which is about a block away. From ordering to recieving it took 25 mins. I had everything in the door dash cart while i was in the Lyft. I submitted and paid for the door dash as I was in line to checkin, walked to my room to drop off luggage and went back downstair to meet dasher. you’re better off just getting takeout
All the other locations offer udon noodles as the noodle option, but this particular location you have to go to their other restaurant and buy it separate if you want the name. The owner needs to keep the same continuity across his brand to retain clientele! Even in all the marketing photos, it shows the udon noodles, but when you go to order they only let you choose lomein unless you buy separate from their other restaurant in the same building space
I tried Bambú and thought it was good! However, some of the chicken was fatty for me and there wasn’t a lot of food available. I ordered a matcha boba tea and unfortunately it wasn’t as good as I thought it’ll be. The boba pearls were rock hard and the server told me he was making new boba pearls but they weren’t squishy at all. I couldn’t chew through the boba pearls. Visited Bambuu Asian Eatery near UCF and had a mixed experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. They let us sample a few items before ordering, which was appreciated, and service remained courteous despite the restaurant appearing to be short-staffed during our visit. The food was decent, portions were fair, and service was reasonably quick. The Hasuu Japan side also seemed to offer fewer menu options than the Chinese-inspired side of the restaurant.
