A cozy little place with charming and attentive service. There are days when one needs a bit of peace and quiet and no fuss to just dine and have a conversation without having to scream into your hoarse. If you’re in the mood to get away from the noisy and popular hang outs, Bambù Thai might just be your refuge. The tea menu is worth sampling. I tried the Nepali Tea and it was mildly aromatic. We kept our meal simple and light with a Pad Woon Sen and a Thai Fried Rice. The food is fresh, and the taste is as crisp and authent... read more
I ordered the yellow curry and edamame and I was honestly disappointed. I love ordering yellow curry at Thai restaurants, but here the yellow curry felt like it was more coconut milk than anything so it was kinda bland and the edamame was very light on the salt (which wasn’t as bad too me). My husband really loved his ceviche and the Stir-Fried Seafood though. The service was good, they were very prompt and refilled our waters often.
First time ordering from Bambu and it was a disappointment. I ordered directly from their website and it gave me a pick up time. I arrived on time and the employee said it will be a few more minutes. No problem. Time passes and I waited 20 minutes past my pick up time. No one came over to talk to me or see if they could do anything. Awful customer service if you ask me. As for the food, it was mediocre. The nam khao was so salty. There are plenty of better Thai places within a 5 mile radius. Won’t be ordering from here again... read more
Our new favorite Thai restaurant. The service is friendly and the waitress made some awesome recommendations so we try some new dishes. The cured sausage/meat was very good. The fried rice was a surprise. Didn’t expect fried rice to be so tasty. LOL. The desserts were creative and more transitional ones were great. Check it out.
If I cooked Thai food, I would hope it would taste exactly like this incredible meal. I ordered 1 in heatness…their scale is 1-3…and I found it to be a 0. Maybe my tastebuds are getting braver…hahaha. We got there early just two couples and when we left packed. Oh, and takeaway was busy, too. The upfront workers were more than pleasant. We’ll be back.
