I've been contemplating if I should leave a review or just brush it off. But I did not like the service I received. My hair is frizzy and curly. I wanted a short straight haircut. I am so disappointed that my hair was never straightened, wash nor sprayed with water. So now my hair is uneven when straight. Should I have said something beforehand? I am just confused because with other salons i have been to, they would always wash or straighten my hair first. I just couldn't speak up, I was to embarrassed.
