went here for the first time a couple days ago, they got hit with a dinner rush and as a result we waited a lot longer than usual (longer than the other patrons), once we got our sushi, it was great. and the lovely man running the front discounted our total as an apology for the wait!! great guy and great restaurant to support. him doing that solidified my choice to return to this restaurant. they care about their customers! thanks Bambu! :)
We recently dined-in, and left after an hour having never received our food. There were four tables dining in: Parties of 2, 4, 8, and our party of 3. We only saw one table get food during this time. There were multiple door dash and takeout orders as well, several of whom gave up and left without their food. In one hour in the restaurant, we were not greeted. Not only is the food amazing, but the people are also amazing. Egg rolls are to die for. Definitely will be a long term customer here.
