Delicious freshly made dim sum, in a city with too many places that use frozen dim sum or cook it too far in advance and let it get rubbery, Bamboo Village stands above all other for freshness, deliciousness and authentic flavor!
I over ordered and we got so much food. It was good, but not what I was expecting. They must’ve changed cooks or something because today everything tasted just a little bit Different than it did before. The tofu chunks were bigger and the seasoning was different, just as an example. The restaurant was packed when we got there. They are very accommodating for large groups.
Ordered pick up and got the sesame chicken and crab rangoons. The service was great and prompt! The chicken was super tender and good quality (no chewy bites), plus the sauce was delicious! The rangoons were perfectly crispy and felt light and not overly fried. Will definitely order again!
