If I could add a negative star I would! Loud, drug filled and OMG THE COCKROACHES! Has trailer totally emptied and fogged more than one and the company cannot believe how bad the infestation is. Lived here for 1 week prior to being totally infested! Don't move in here!
This place has only one thing in mind....KEEP the spaces filled. Don't mind the drugs and loud neighbors or the rent increases to improve nothing. The manager gets his salary based on the fill rate. Anyone can get in if they promise to be good. This place used to be nice...about ten years ago but for sure not now !!!
this place has turned into a slum
We've lived here a long time. It used to be really nice and quiet, but quality of management has taken a serious dive. Now, we have motorcycles roaring through day and night, and there at least one electric guitar "player" who seems to think he is the only one who lives here. This character lives smack in the middle of the park, and he lets his cats run rampant through the park. The cats inter-breed just as cats will when kept by those who are too busy smoking crack to notice.
I have been living here in Bamboo Tree MH Park for aproximately 3yrs. I really love it here. I feel that mobile home parks when you find a nice quiet place, they are the best kept secret. It is near the light rail, downtown Sacramento, downtown Folsom, it is a clean park, well maintainenced, people are respectful. We have around the clock quietness, thus a peaceful environment.
